Lollipop Chainsaw is the next project from Grasshopper Manufacture, the developer of Shadows of the Damned and No More Heroes. This game is for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Lollipop Chainsaw is an action horror game, with using school and zombie as its setting. The news comes from 1up.
Juliet Starling is a cheerleader, she goes to San Romero High School to met her boyfriend. But she will find that place already covered by zombie, which was her friends before.
“It was a long time when I want to make an action horror game with using school as its setting,” said Suda. “It was a place where class, corridor, gym are change become something that different. Actually I am working a game concept with character who used chainsaw. When Juliet was made, it becomes perfect combination.”
although this game is covered by blood, but Suda wants this game looks cute from pop section. We can find that the zombie not dead with its blood, it only summons pink lights (like other Grasshopper games). Akira Yamaoka will be the main staff who made the sound.
Lollipop Chainsaw still not have its release date, but they already have a publisher outside Japan who accepted to release this game in English. It is interesting to wait Lollipop Chainsaw, a cute horror game.
